It is possible to implement the quick coupling system in almost each existing electric arc furnaces.
That will be made by assembly of adapter, manufactured from copper and high-strength stainless steel, to the electrode arms and to the high current line in the delta closure by using screws. The equipment is to be characterized by easy and quick handling. The pressure plates will remain its position during changing the cable due to hinge joints.
